Check out the latest Community Conversations bulletin, here , including a special thank-you to volunteers Iván Flaska and Kathy Perry, who have finished their run leading conversation groups at Epifania Spanish Language School in Curridabat. During the past 1.5 years they have helped more than 63 participants with their English. We are so grateful to Iván, Kathy, and all the volunteers who work so hard to create, organize, and lead conversation groups all over the country. For more news from the program, including information on free educational resources from the Little Theatre Group and updates from English

Congratulations...
...to the wonderful volunteers of Santa Ana who lead that region's conversation groups, coordinated by the Municipality. Thank you to the Santa Ana Municipal Council for inviting us to make a brief presentation on Community Conversations at their session on February 28th, and to Andrés Acuña, who coordinates the program on behalf of the Municipality, for all the work he does to make the program tick. He bestowed a special award to the volunteers present that night: pictured with some of their smiling Conversation Partners are Marilyn Brandon (seated, front right), Carolina Salas (standing immediately behind her), Patricia Olkowski (standing, far left) and Jay Morrison (at the back). Thank you for all you do!
